“Health Is Membership” Massage Package
What It Is: Six hours of massage (1-hour, 90-minute, or 120-minute sessions) to be used within a year
Who It’s For: Those who want to integrate massage as a regular component of their self-care and maintenance, or those who are facing a health challenge and seeking support from regular massage
Investment: $600
This package is highly customizable. If you are seeking massage as a support for chronic pain or to settle the nervous system, this may be a good option for you. In these cases, getting started with weekly or biweekly sessions can be a good way to develop routine and consistency with self-care, to pay significant attention to the places that are showing up for you, to settle the nervous system, and to get to know each other.
Other folks may have less specific concerns but have found that massage is a valuable form of self-care, or may be seeking maintenance after illness or injury. In these cases, I generally recommend sessions every four to six weeks.
All sessions will be tailored to what’s showing up in your body at the time we meet and may feature techniques from approaches including Swedish massage, Thai on the table, neuromuscular therapy, or Reiki if requested. Hot towels and essential oils are complementary.
To book or discuss this package, you can simply book a 60, 90, or 120-minute massage and indicate your interest in your online intake. We’ll go over everything at your appointment. And of course you can email me at theembodiedcentertn@gmail.com with any questions.
Packages
Reiki Reset
What It Is: A 90-minute intake plus three additional 60-minute Reiki sessions within two weeks
Who It’s For: Those wanting to support a deep-seated pattern with Reiki, either mental/emotional or physical
Investment: $380
Hawayo Takata, the woman who popularized Reiki in the West, recommended daily treatment on four consecutive days for those who sought to support a specific, ingrained issue. She found this more concentrated approach to have deeper and more powerful effects on clients. Consecutive treatments allow you to commit to really being with yourself and your intentions. I’m happy to offer this approach to those who are seeking support for specific conditions or life moments.
While I do recommend consecutive appointments, we can also allow some space for integration. If we go this route, I ask that the four treatments occur within a two-week timeframe so that you can benefit from the potency of concentrating sessions.

CranioSacral Care Pack
What It Is: Six CST sessions (a 90-minute intake plus five 60-minute followups), to be used within three months
Who It’s For: Those seeking deep rest to support healing and being with a chronic condition or targeted issue
Investment: $550
This package offers the opportunity to rest deeply and be held in your intentions. Regular CST sessions create a container for you to feel into your body and return, gently, to the season you’re moving through. I’ve designed this offering for those seeking support for chronic headaches or migraines, chronic pain, vertigo, anxiety—essentially anyone who feels called to settle their nervous system and encourage flow (of lymph, blood, fascia) through light touch. CST is often recommended for those unwinding after adult tongue tie release. If this is your situation, we can customize sessions to also include targeted massage therapy and myofascial release.
We will discuss your particular needs in our intake, but I find that weekly or biweekly sessions provide a good starting point for this work.
Email me at theembodiedcentertn@gmail.com to discuss or book this package. And if you have any doubts about if you want to commit to the full six sessions, I totally understand. I’m happy to offer the first session at the package rate ($125 for 90 minutes) so that you can explore CST with me before making a full commitment.
