Personalized Massage Therapy and CranioSacral Therapy in Old North Knoxville
Offerings and Rates
Integrated Massage Therapy
Each session is designed to meet your current needs, whether that’s pain relief, a safe and quiet space to simply be in your body, or nervous system support. We will always check in about what's showing up for you in the moment. Sessions are grounding, nourishing, and relaxing.
CranioSacral Therapy
Receiving CranioSacral Therapy creates space for being held and listened to that can be hard to find in our fast-paced culture. CST clients often report entering states of deep relaxation; feelings of refreshment, fluidity, and increased mobility; and new insight into patterns of tension held in the body. Both relaxation and body awareness can play important roles in healing diverse conditions.
Rates for all sessions are $120 per hour. To keep things simple for you, my fee is all-inclusive—what you see is what you pay! Tips are not expected, and there is no add-on fee for extras like hot towels or aromatherapy.
Kind Words
Hi, I’m Kristie…
I'm a licensed massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, and CranioSacral therapist. I enjoy working with diverse populations, and I have particular interests in holding space for people in times of stress, growth, and transition.
People seek massage, bodywork, and energetic support for many reasons. Maybe you need a quiet space to relax, maybe you're looking for holistic approaches to chronic pain, or maybe you've been feeling especially drained. In every circumstance, I approach our sessions with the intention of being with what is. Sometimes acceptance is exactly the medicine we need in order to begin to feel better.
No one is standardized. A body ... is neither a spirit nor a machine; it is not a picture, a diagram, a chart, a graph, an anatomy; it is not an explanation; it is not a law. It is precisely and uniquely what it is. It belongs to the world of love, which is a world of living creatures, natural orders and cycles, many small, fragile lights in the dark.
